Development of Small-sized Servo Valve using Gate Mechanism and Diaphragm

چکیده

In the pneumatic driving system for a soft mechanism, control valve is most heavy and expensive device. To realize compact inexpensive system, it necessary to reduce size, weight, cost of valve. previous study, low-cost 4-port servo that could flow rate by changing bending angle buckled tubes was proposed tested. However, tube in became least durable component. The speed at which altered affected motor rotational available angular range tube. It develop can be operated via smaller angle, with opening closing mechanism. this small-sized diaphragm gate driven RC motor, tested comprises tiny RC-servo two mechanisms, diaphragms. mechanism contains supply, exhaust, output ports connect each other through V-shaped groove pipeline. Two steel balls are set over supply exhaust diaphragm. By altering pushing force both gates using an flowrates. paper, construction operating principle valves described. characteristics also reported. As result, confirmed rate, without any complex mechanical sliding parts, while maintaining seal.
